Westchester real estate professional Saadia Sullivan guides buyers and sellers to success backed by more than two decades of invaluable hands-on experience. Her vast construction and renovation expertise and local market knowledge are outstanding assets to clients on both sides of the transaction.
After earning bachelor's and master's degrees from Marymount College and the University of Pennsylvania, Saadia attended the New York School of Interior Design. She first worked as a designer and gradually began doing construction and renovation projects for clients. Saadia later worked in construction project manager roles for major companies across the tri-state area. She has also acquired, renovated, and flipped her own properties, giving her impressive expertise in the entire real estate life cycle.
Today, Saadia is a proud member of the Cord Stahl Team at Compass, serving buyers and sellers throughout Westchester, Putnam, and Dutchess counties. She's deeply familiar with how local building departments work, and clients rely on her ability to recognize investment potential and point out how properties can be improved and where they fall short. Saadia has lived in Westchester for 25 years — including in Armonk, where she raised her children, and Cortlandt Manor, where she resides today so she knows the communities, school systems, and homes inside and out. Saadia is the proud mom of three children in college and a pet parent to her dog Max.
